You can acquire the tempo of the song from MIDI by doing the following: Open OnSong > Select the editor menu from the menubar (Pencil Icon) > Select the Metadata Editor Menu from the Menubar ( i icon) > Select Tempo > Toggle Acquire From MIDI Clock to On at the bottom of the editor box > Tap Done > Tap off onto the main editor screen > Tap Done.
