How can I get quick responses from OnSong Support?
Usually, we recommend using the Fast Track option within OnSong if you need support and assistance fast. It costs $1.99, and you can Fast Track a support ticket by being in OnSong > tap Utilities gear in menubar > Communicate > Get Support > Fast Track switch ON.
Fast Track essentially "bumps up" the priority level of your request to the top of our support list, meaning that we should get back to you as soon as we can. Normal support tickets are usually answered within 72 hours, but Fast Tracked support tickets usually receive a much quicker reply.
Keep in mind, OnSong's support department operates during normal business hours (9-5 ET) over the weekdays, and is not normally operating over the weekend. Because of this, we appreciate your patience on us getting back to you if you Fast Track a ticket in the middle of the night in Eastern Time or if you Fast Track a ticket over the weekend.
