Just like manufacturers cannot issue refunds for products purchased in a store, developers do not have the ability to provide refunds. This is because purchases made on the App Store are made directly by Apple. OnSong and other app developers have no access to your Apple ID, purchase history or billing information. To acquire a refund, please follow these
refund directions from Apple.
Please keep in mind that receiving a refund from Apple for an app from Apple will prevent you from receiving updates and may cause disruptions to apps that were refunded. If you've received a refund for an add-on, you will be able to continue to use the feature in OnSong on the device where it was purchased. However, if you install OnSong on another device you will no longer have access to the add-on since refunded add-ons cannot be restored to the new device.
