Nashville notation is supported in OnSong :) Please do the following: Open the Display Preferences Menu (slider icon in the menubar)--> Tap on the Chords Tab from the bottom-->Select Nashville.
If you want to apply this to a book or your entire library you can do the following in the Style Preferences Menu: Tap the Three Dot Icon (from the upper right corner)--> Select the book, set, or all versions. Depending on how larger your library is, this could take a few seconds to apply to the entire library.
Hope this Helps!
