OnSong integrates with Rockin' With The Cross, a third-party subscription-based service. This means that if you cancel your subscription the music will not be available for viewing. This is because of the contract that RWTC has with the publishers and the way royalties are paid. You are not purchasing the rights to the chord chart, but rather renting them similar to Netflix or cable television. If you cancel your subscription with one of those services you are no longer to access the content.

If you'd like to own your chord charts outright, you can take a look at service that provide this type of licensing such as PraiseCharts.com. However, it can cost more than $2 USD to own a chart outright, which is why a subscription service like RWTC provides the most value for most users.
