How can I play a loop instead of a backing track in OnSong?

OnSong can be used to play both backing tracks and loops.  If you are preparing a loop, be sure to export the file as an uncompressed WAV or AIFF file. The reason is that compressed formats such as MP3 store information in packets and if there is not enough information to store in the last packet, it will fill that with silence.  While it is not very long, this can cause timing issues when looping.

To use loops, you will want to enable the repeat function. To do this, go into the Playback Menu by tapping on the headphones icon in the Menubar and locate the Current Track section at the top.  If you had not done so previously, you can select an audio file here.  Then, locate the Playback Controls at the bottom of the section. Locate the repeat button on the right and tap to enable repeat for this track.  Now when the track is played, it will continue playing at the beginning when the track reaches the end.
