Why isn't my foot pedal working?

It is possible that your pedal is not set to the proper mode. Please check the user's manual for your pedal to determine how to change the mode to iOS specific (usually Mode 2). You can access the user manual and video tutorials for your product by opening the Foot Pedal Settings screen in OnSong by tapping on the foot pedal icon in the menubar of OnSong.  You can then locate the appropriate screen and tap to view the manual or configure buttons.
